MAGRATHEA IS SPECIAL & SO IS HER CREW

Sarah James is a seafaring Nigella, an ocean going Delia. A graduate of the prestigious Rosie Davies School of Cookery, she takes great pleasure in creating appetising and beautifully presented dishes using local ingredients as we mentioned earlier. She's another seasoned sailor and racer, holding an RYA Certificate of Competence and STCW95 endorsement. Her passion for scuba diving comes with a PADI advanced open water qualification.
